'Cobalt Hills and Fields'

is an aerial view of an imagined Southwestern USA landscape. The composition began with reference to several photos taken and color-noted sketches done at various locations - primarily in central and northern Arizona. The vertical orientation and high horizon place an emphasis on the colors, contours, and shapes that are unique to my interpretation of the land.
The painting is framed as shown in a free gallery style painted wood frame originally made for the painting's protection and my own gallery display. Certificate of Authenticity will be included with shipment. Gallery priced at $3,800 and offered here for
